Winona Health and Winona County Public Health are working together on a community health assessment of Winona County residents.

Starting this week, random households in Winona County will receive a survey with questions about their health status, insurance coverage, personal health habits and healthcare experiences.

Adults, age 18 and older, can participate in the survey. All data collected is anonymous and will be used to implement health and wellness programs to benefit Winona County residents.

The Community Health Assessment will be completed in mid-summer with the final report scheduled by September.
