The University of Wisconsin-Extension Livestock Team will be hosting an Annual Cattle Feeders Workshop on the evening of Wednesday, February 20th.

The event will be held at The Red Barn, located at the intersection of HWY's 29 & 63 near Spring Valley. The same workshop will also be offered on Thursday, February 21st at Club 16 in Sparta.

Speakers from Iowa State University and UW-L will present and discuss information on cattle health management, differences in feedlot performance and the market outlook on feed and cattle prices for 2013.

Registration in Spring Valley begins at 6:15 pm, with the program at 6:45 pm. The fee is $5.00 per person for materials and refreshments. Registration for the Sparta program begins at 5:30 pm.
