Two people were jailed on preliminary drug charges Monday following an incident at a local convenience store.
Sheriff's Investigator Kraig Glover said 23 year old Tyler Jay Eldridge of Winona was cited with a felony count of intent to sell controlled substances and 30 year old Nadine Nicole Glenzinski of Arcadia was cited with 5th degree possession of controlled substances.
Glover said an investigator recognized Eldridge at the convenience store as being wanted on a probable cause arrest.
Glover said Eldridge was discovered to have in his possession at the time of the arrest a substance that tested positive for methamphetamine, $460 in cash, and a drug ledger. A scale was discovered inside a vehicle along with some glass pipes that had a drug residue.
Officers also turned up additional meth in Eldridge's clothing which was searched at the law enforcement center. Glenzinski was cited for having the scale in her bag.
