HMN Financial stock has been on the rise over the past week. HMN Financial stock was selling Wednesday at $5.75 a share, up from $3.40 a week ago.
According to the Post-Bulletin of Rochester, HMN President Brad Krehbiel
said the company has benefited from an increase in mortgage banking and stabilized commercial real estate values.
The company reported net income of $5.3 million in 2012 compared with an $11.5 million loss in 2011. Home Federal Financial operates Home Federal Savings Bank in Winona.
