Driving conditions late this afternoon have become steadily worse as the snow and blowing snow continues in southeastern Minnesota and southwestern Wisconsin.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation reports difficult travel conditions on all highways, including I-90, Highway 14, 61 and 52.
Road conditions include snow cover, areas of blowing and drifting snow and icy patches.
Extreme caution is advised and motorists are encouraged to allow for more time to reach any travel destinations.
