The Winona Area Industrial Development Association elected new officers during its annual meeting January 31st.
Elected as the new president was John Eddy, with Rich Mikrut (MY'-kroot) elected as vice president.
In addition, Willy Dickenson was elected treasurer, and Josh Severson and Kelly Stayton were chosen as directors at large. Winona Chamber President Della Schmidt was elected secretary.
Eight new members were also voted in.
The group, known as WAIDA (WAY'-dah), serves as a facilitator, catalyst, and communicator of activities that advance industrial development and economic growth in the Winona region.
Past president, Joel VonHaden, received a plaque of appreciation for serving as the group's president in 2011 and 2012.
