Super Bowl--Wincraft
Business at a Winona company has stepped up after the Super Bowl game was completed Sunday night.
WCCO TV reports Wincraft of Winona is busy preparing sports souvenirs for the Baltimore Ravens following the Ravens' victory over the San Francisco 49ers. Company president John Killen reported the company had a strong sales year increasing its employee base to 550 people, an increase of about 50 people.
CEO Dick Pope said Wincraft had orders in 36 states if the Ravens won and 38 states if the 49ers won. Wincraft produces souvenirs for the NFL, Major League Baseball, NBA, and other college and pro sports teams.
