Winona Police are investigating yet another report of a tire slashing in the city.
               
Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said a Winona man who lives on the 50 block of East Third Street reported on Tuesday one of the tires on his vehicle was flat.  Williams said the valve stem on the tire had been cut off.
               
That is at least the ninth report of tire slashings police have received in the last week. Others have involved someone cutting about a one-inch gash in the tires.
