Wittenberg was given credit for 179 days already served in jail and was ordered to pay about $380 in court costs and restitution.  Others facing charges in the case are 29 year old Joshua Wittenberg, 50 year old Todd Wittenberg, 26 year old Jeffrey Ellenz, and 23 year old Sara McConnell.
