Tonight on the local schedule, the Cotter boys’ basketball team travels to Cochrane-Fountain City for a non-conference game. The Pirates are the Dairyland Conference champions and they come into the game 12-6. Tonight’s Cotter and C-FC game can be heard on AM 1230 KWNO and online at winonaradio.com starting at about 7:20.

There’s a big Three Rivers Conference game tonight as the 8th ranked Rushford-Peterson boys travel to Southland. The Trojans and the Rebels are second and third in the conference and R-P is just one game behind first place Plainview-Elgin-Millville. Tonight’s Rushford-Peterson game can be heard on K-Dub Country 99.3 starting at about 7:20. Also in boys’ basketball, Lewiston-Altura is hosting Kingsland and Arcadia is at G-E-T.

The Hope Lutheran boys’ and girls’ basketball teams play at Lanesboro tonight. In area girls’ action, Lewiston-Altura travels to Kingsland and Houston is hosting Spring Grove.

The Winona High wrestling team has a meet at Rochester Mayo and the Winona High swim team has a meet at Owatonna. The Arcadia gymnastics team is at Tomah and the G-E-T/Melrose-Mindoro/C-FC gymnastics team is at Westby. The Winona State women’s track team is taking part in the Iowa State Classic.
