The event will be held at Visions Event Center on Saturday, March 2nd from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Foundation spokesperson Shelly Milek says the proceeds will be used to enhance the Foundation's general fund.
Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased online at www.foundationwaps.org.
This year's event is sponsored by Winona National Bank and Merchants Bank.
