The Winona Port Authority is expected to award a contract on Thursday for the demolition and removal of the old dock and silos in the commercial harbor.
              
The total cost is not expected to exceed $400,000 with 80% of that coming from the Minnesota Ports Development Assistance Fund.  A bid tabulation for the contract will be presented at Thursday's meeting which starts at 4:00 p.m. at City Hall and is open to the public.
