Tonight on the local schedule the Winona High boys’ basketball team goes for its third win in a row when they travel to Owatonna. The Huskies are third in the Big Nine Conference at 10-3. Tonight’s Winona High game can be heard on AM 1230 KWNO and online at winonaradio.com starting at about 7:20.

The Cotter boys play at home against Stewartville and Hope Lutheran takes on Mabel-Canton. In area boys’ action, Arcadia is hosting Onalaska Luther, Wabasha-Kellogg travels to Kingsland and 10th ranked Rushford-Peterson is hosting Fillmore Central.

The Winona High girls are hosting Owatonna tonight. The Winhawks are third in the Big Nine at 10-4, just a game ahead of Owatonna. The Cotter girls play on the road at Stewartville and Hope Lutheran takes on Mabel-Canton.

The Rushford-Peterson girls travel to Fillmore Central and tonight’s game can be heard on K-Dub Country 99.3 starting at about 7:20. Also in area girls’ action, Cochrane-Fountain City is hosting Eau Claire Immanuel and Houston plays at home against LeRoy-Ostrander.

Team regional wrestling competition starts tonight in Wisconsin and in Division 2 G-E-T/Melrose-Mindoro will wrestle at Ellsworth. Arcadia and Cochrane-Fountain City are wrestling in a Division 3 regional in Glenwood City.
