A 21 year old Winona man was cited with felony fifth degree controlled substance charges after local authorities searched his residence on Monday and turned up drugs.
Winona County Sheriff's Investigator Kraig Glover said authorities searched the residence of Jarrett Charles Pung and discovered 142 grams of marijuana, packaging materials, a scale, and drug ledgers. They also found a loaded 12 gauge shot gun hidden in a couch.
Pung was charged with possession with intent to sell. Three roommates at the same residence at 427 East Mark Street were cited with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Authorities executed a search warrant at the home.
