Winona State University is co-sponsoring the second Watershed Citizen Summit next week, hosted by the Whitewater River Watershed Project.
The summit will be held at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 19th, in the Tau Center, West Campus.
The free event aims to identify actions needed to protect and restore water quality in the Mississippi River-Winona Watershed. There will be a round table discussion to develop a vision and strategy for restoring and protecting local water resources.
Participants will review recently collected water quality data and a new landowner survey.
