Two Minnesota House committees will hold a joint hearing on Tuesday to examine the challenges Minnesota's workforce face.
                
Speaker of the House Paul Thissen says the goal of the hearing is to define what the state needs in order to have the best workforce in the world, and what is needed to get there.

The House Education Finance and Education Policy Committees will host the hearing Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at the state office building in St. Paul.
