Kline plans stops in both the City of Wabasha and Lake City.
In Lake City the Republican will visit Bluffview Elementary School to discuss education reform as well as school safety.
Kline's House Education and Workforce Committee will host a public hearing in Washington on February 27th to discuss school safety issues in the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy.
He will also meet with Wabasha County and City officials and tour the Wabasha medical center.
