Winona Police said a 33 year old Winona man was cited with drug charges after he was arrested in Lake Park early Tuesday.
                   
Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said Christopher Mathew Bobo was charged with a fifth degree controlled substance violation for possession of Schedule Two narcotics.
                   
Bobo was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and with violating the city park curfew for being in the park after 10:00 p.m.  The incident took place about 2:30 a.m.
