He's been in the state legislature for only two years and already State Senator Jeremy Miller of Winona says he is frustrated with the political gridlock that has found its way from Washington, DC to the Minnesota state capital.
Miller says the gridlock in St. Paul has gotten much worse and he wants to see it changed. Miller says details of his proposal will be released next week.
