The new Levee Park Committee will meet for the second time next Tuesday, March 12th.
The group was formed by Mayor Mark Peterson and is chaired by former Police Chief Frank Pomeroy.
The committee is expected to review a University of Minnesota proposal, create a pairs of sub committees, one to check into possible future events and one to study the issue of the possible relocation of the railroad switching tracks.
According to the agenda, the committee will also review the work done by previous Levee Park Committees and discuss the City Ordinance regarding alcohol consumption in Levee Park
The meeting will run from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. next Tuesday in the We-no-nah Room at City Hall.
