The Wabasha County Board of Commissioners has appointed a three member committee to find the county's next veteran's service officer.  The county has advertised the need for replacing Lisa Jaeger who resigned at the end of 2012.
                   
The Wabasha County Herald reports that commissioners David Harms and Deb Roschen will head up the search along with Bob Davis, the current Goodhue County Veterans Service Officer.  Up until now, the county's assistant vets service officer, Nathan Pelz, has been filling Jaeger's shoes.
