Documents filed at the Winona County Recorder's office indicate two buildings owned by Winona developer David McNally have been turned over to a La Crosse bank.
Limited warranty deeds for the properties at numbers One and Two Washington Street indicate the two properties have been conveyed to River Bank. The properties include the buildings that housed the Tri-Mac Do-It Center and the River View Condominiums.
The transactions were filed on March 12th. The Tri-Mac building closed for business earlier. The five story condominium development housed 16 units at 2 Washington Street but they were unfinished.
The documents indicate the properties were turned over to the River Bank in lieu of foreclosure.
