Residents in two nearby school districts will go to the polls on Tuesday (April 2nd) to decide referendums on new buildings.
Voters in the Arcadia district will be asked to approve a 24-point-4 million dollar referendum to construct a new addition to the Arcadia High School. The new addition would replace the existing elementary and middle school buildings.
Residents in the Blair-Taylor district will be asked to approve funding for a new addition to the existing middle and high school campus.
That referendum is for a sum not to exceed 16-point-99 million dollars.
Both districts held a number of public informational meetings on their proposals leading up to the election.
