The trial of a 39 year old La Crescent man accused of murdering a La Crosse father and son has been delayed.
WXOW TV reports Jeffrey Lepsch will stand trial starting on July 23th. The trial had been scheduled to begin early next month.
Lepsch earlier pleaded not guilty to murdering Paul Petras and his son AJ last September 15th. The two were killed inside May's photo in downtown La Crosse. Lepsch remains in jail on a $2 million bond.
