An 18 year old Winona man was jailed Friday after authorities acted on  search warrant at his West Burns Valley residence and turned up drugs.
Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said Aaron Palubicki was cited with felony fifth degree possession with intent to sell.
Williams said officers from the police and sheriff's departments. along with the Southeastern Minnesota Narcotics Task Force turned up some cash, along with six baggies of marijuana, plus drug paraphernalia, in Palubicki's bedroom.
They also turned up two other baggies in a second bedroom along with a vial that had a substance that tested positive for cocaine.  A case involving a second resident is being investigated by the county attoney's office.
