Mayo Expansion



 The Mayo Clinic has announced an expansion to its sports medicine practice in Rochester to include top clinical and performance enhancement services.
                  
The expansion is part of the 100,00 square-foot Mayo Clinic Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center building project, and is scheduled to open in the spring of 2014.

The new facility will contain state-of-the-art sports medicine and performance enhancement capabilities to train all levels of athletes.

It will include multiple playing surfaces, such as wood for basketball and volleyball, artificial grass for turf sports, and artificial ice for hockey.

Officials said it being designed to be one of the premier hockey training centers including a Woodway Skating Treadmill.
