Car Motorcycle Crash



The Minnesota State Patrol says a 43 year old Stockton man was injured in a car-motorcycle crash on Highway 14 west of Winona Sunday.
                      
The patrol identified the victim as Charles Schell who was the driver of the Harley Davidson motorcycle.  The cycle collided with a vehicle driven by 17 year old Zachary Hefel of Winona.
                       
The Patrol said the vehicle was northbound on Highway 14 and attempted to make a left turn into the pull off area. The motorcycle was eastbound on Highway 14 and the vehicles collided at the intersection.
                       
Schell sustained serious injuries and was taken to Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse.  The crash was reported at 5:14 p.m.
