County Planning and Emergency Management Director Jason Gilman said Mike Flynn was elected as chair and Mike Aldinger was selected at the vice chair for the committee that will be meeting over the next 18 to 24 months to update comp plan.
Gilman said about 25 people attended the first session including 13 of the members appointed to serve.
Gilman said the first session was mostly to get organized.
The next session will be held on Monday, June 24th at the Government Center, and will include a review of the draft public participation strategy, sub-committee appointments, and creating a mission statement.
