Fleet Farm Theft



Two Rochester residents were charged with felony theft of merchandise at the Mills Fleet Farm Store in Winona on Sunday.     

Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said both Janelynn Sarceno and Arthur Paul Johnson was arrested on charges of theft and possession of criminal tools.

Williams said the two are accused of using a special  tool to disconnect t a Playstation Three game from a security cable attached to the displayed item.            

The game was valued at $250.

Johnson was jailed while Sarcene was not.

The incident was reported at 2:17 p.m. Sunday.
