Ridgeway School Grant

The Ridgeway Community School has been chosen as one of 18 2013 finalists in Minnesota for a grant of up to $25,000.

The money to be used to enhance math and science programs, comes from the Monsanto Fund and is part of the company's America's Farmers Grow Rural Education program.

The Advisory Council, comprised of farmer-leaders with a vested interest in both agriculture and education, will select the winning grant applications.

This year's winner will be announced on August 27th.

Ridgeway Community School is the only school selected as a finalist from southeastern Minnesota with the exception of the Albert Lea school district.
