A St. Charles man will be sentenced in Winona District Court on drug charges on October 16th, after being found guilty Wednesday following a three-day trial.

Stephen Thomas Conlin was found guilty by a jury of a felony controlled substance crime in the fifth degree for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and a second count of obstructing the legal process by force.

Conlin was charged with the new offense after a search warrant was executed at his
building in St. Charles last January 25th, where investigators seized 1-point-8 pounds of marijuana.
