The public is invited to join Refuge Ranger Ed Lagace on a paddle through the backwaters of the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge on Friday, September 20th.
The trip will depart from the Halfmoon Boat Landing at 9:00 a.m. and return to the landing by noon.
The Halfmoon Boat Landing is located near Kellogg, MN off from Wabasha County Road 84.
Pre-registration is required by calling Ed Lagace at 494-6236 . The Refuge will provide canoes, paddles and personal flotation devices for your use or you can bring your own equipment
