A special committee is continuing its review of the Winona County Comprehensive Landuse Plan and is now seeking public input.
The 19-member commission will make recommendations on changes to the comp plan, and one of its members, Bob Marg, says they are looking for input from the general public.
Marg said they want to make sure the review of the comp plan is an open process this time unlike when the current plan was written.
Marg said the public can contact any of the five township officers who are serving on the committee or any of the other members.
The committee will hold a public hearing some time in November and Marg says each of the township boards will be reviewing the current plan in October.
Final decisions on changes to the plan will be made by the County Board.
