A 33-year old man suspected in the shooting of three people in La Crosse last month has been arrested in Florida.
WXOW.com reports Almondo Baker was arrested shortly early Monday morning in Lee County Florida when he gave a police officer the wrong name.
Baker is wanted in connection with a shooting that took place on the south side of La Crosse on August 31st.
Baker remains in custody in Fort Myers on the fugitive warrant from Wisconsin. He will have to contest or waive extradition proceedings in Florida before he can be returned to La Crosse to face charges.
