The Arcadia School District is holding a series of information forums over the next month before district voters are asked to approve a $14,000,000 bond referendum.
The vote on November 5th, will come seven months after district residents turned down a $24,000,000 referendum last April and said no to another referendum in 2011.
The Trempealeau County Times says This time around the district is asking residents to approve a $12,000,000 middle school addition to the existing high school building.
Another $2,100,000 is needed to update the heating and air conditioning at the current elementary school.
Five more information meetings are scheduled including one at Tamarack Lutheran Church in the Town of Trempealeau on October 15th, at 7:00 p.m.......
