The Winona High boys’ and girls’ cross country teams both had individual winners at the Austin Invitational Tuesday. Caitlin Domeyer ran the third fastest time in school history and won the girls’ race. The Winhawk girls finished fifth as a team. Hunter Bailey won the boys meet and Braydon Johnson came in sixth. The boys finished second as a team.
The Cotter boys placed second at the Jodi Rahman Invitational at Plainview-Elgin-Millville. Matt Schrupp finished second overall while Joe Tereba came in seventh and Henry Killen was ninth.
Wabasha-Kellogg finished fourth and Sam Jewson came in fifth. Anthony Paladie of St. Charles came in fourth and the Saints finished sixth as a team.
