Businessman Scott Honour is one of four Republican's so far who have officially entered the race for governor and he was in Winona campaigning Wednesday.

Honour told Winona Radio News the new healthcare rollout has been a disaster and the problems are not limited to a website that does not work.

Honour says he would work to reward quality teachers and says the state needs to address the disparity between inner city and suburban schools.

Other Republican's campaigning to challenge Democratic Governor Mark Dayton next year include former Minnesota House Speaker Kurt Zellers, Hennepin County Commissioner Jeff Johnson and State Senator Dave Thompson .
