Winona police continue to warn city residents about the alternate side parking ordinance which went into effect November 15th.
While officers refrained from writing any tickets over the weekend, they were active both early Monday and early Tuesday.
119 tickets were written to offenders early Monday and another 135 tickets were issued early Tuesday.
That brings the two-day total to 254 tickets, all with $25 fines.
Remember to park your vehicle on the odd side of the street on odd-numbered dates, and on the even side of the street on the even-numbered dates.
Remember too, the ordinance is only enforced between the hours of midnight and 6:30 a.m.
While no vehicles were towed away, that happens when the city declares a snow emergency.
The ordinance is enforced until March 15th.
