One of the Republican candidates who is running to unseat Democrat First District Congressman Tim Walz in 2014 says the state and country is ready for a change.
Aaron Miller says the bungled rollout of the new health care law in Minnesota has been a disaster, and it's costing thousand of people the insurance they already had.

Miller says the lack of a budget bill is nothing new to the Obama administration and he say's that a top priority is he's elected.

The 44-year-old Miller has served overseas including in Iraq and Afghanistan and lives in Byron.
So far, two other Republicans have announced they will seek their party's endorsement for the First District seat to oppose Walz.

They include Miller, Representative Mike Benson of Rochester and Jim Hagedorn of Blue Earth.
