Winona County authorities said two people were arrested at a Goodview residence Monday on drug charges after a search warrant was executed at the residence.
Sheriff Dave Brand said the warrant was executed at 31 Superior Lane in Lake Village at 11:08 a.m. by the Southeastern Minnesota Narcotics and Gang Task Force,
Arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine were: 39-year-old Jennifer Loitz and 26-year-old Courtney Williams...who both lived at that residence.
A third person was also arrested on four outstanding warrants. Brand said 52-year-old David Lee Parker of Winona was wanted on two warrants for possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and motorvehicle theft.
Authorities recovered a glass pipe and two plastic baggies with residue that tested positive for meth.
