The Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis has released its list of priests credibly accused of sexually abusing minors and one former Winona priest is on that list.
According to the Archdiocese's online publication "The Catholic Spirit," 80-year-old Thomas Adamson worked in the Winona Diocese from 1958 through 1975 when he
was re-assigned to parishes in the Twin Cities area.
Adamson was permanently removed from the ministry in 1985. He was alleged to have sexually assaulted minors in the Winona Diocese during that time.
Adamson currently resides in Rochester.
