Refuge Revenue Sharing



Winona County received $4,111 in revenue sharing payments in 2013 from the U-S Fish and Wildlife Service.

The funds were payments for lands that are part of the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge and managed by the Fish and Wildlife Service.

The funds were issued under provisions of the Refuge Revenue Sharing Act.

A total of $21,180 in revenue sharing payments were made in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois.
            
Wabasha County received $4,383.
