Among the recent appearnaces in Buffalo County Circuit Court.....60-year-old Larry Birkeneder,of Alma, pleaded guilty to a felony 5th offense operating while intoxicated. A prison sentence was stayed and Birkeneder was ordered to serve up to six months in jail and pay a $1,494 fine. His driver's license was revoked for two years.
29-year-old Mitchell Lowe of Galesville, pleaded guilty to felony possession with intent to deliver three grams or less of amphetamine. Sentencing in front of Judge James Duvall was set for May 8th. A charge of possessing drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
22-year-old Joshua Richards, of Weaver, had a case status hearing scheduled for March 28th on charges of possessing methamphetamine and amphetamine. Richards has pleaded not guilty to both charges.
