Winona County authorities are now seeking the public's help in the investigation into the death of a Winona man whose body was found in the backyard of a Rollingstone home Sunday afternoon.
Following a meeting with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Tuesday authorities still have not be able to determine how the man was seriously injured early Sunday morning. Sheriff Dave Brand said witnnesses will be re-interviewed and the scene of the death will be re-investigated. He also said they have no leads in the case.
Brand told Winona Radio News he would release the man's identity Wednesday but other news aagencies are reporting he was Glenn Robert Brown
Brand said autopsy results showed the cause of death was extreme blood loss and hypothermia.
Brand said they have ruled out that the man was struck by a vehicle. He sustained no broken bones.

Brand said witnesses have placed the man at Rollingstone's only bar until about 1:00 a.m. Sunday and a witness reported seeing him walking in the area of the Rollingstone city park after that.
Brand said the man sustained a split ear and an that removed the scalp about the size if three quarters on the back of his head which caused the excessive bleeding.
