56-year-old Mark Fischer of La Crosse, could wind up in prison for up to two years if he violates a probation agreement entered on a felony charge of 5th offense operating while intoxicated in Buffalo County.
Circuit Judge James Duvall gave Fischer three years of probation and stayed a two-year prison term along with three years of extended supervision.
Duvall revoked Fischer's license for two years and ordered vehicle ignition interlock devices on any vehicles for 24 months.
42-year-old Robert Burda of Nelson, pleaded not guilty to charges accusing him of possessing methamphetamine, bail jumping and causing injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle. Burda also pleaded not guilty to charges of causing harm by reckless driving and 4th offense operating while intoxicated and will return to court of May 28th.
And..35-year-old Aaron Addison of St. Paul, pleaded not guilty to a felony charge accusing him of possession with intent to deliver up to 1,000 grams of marijuana. Addison was arrested in Mondovi. A case hearing was scheduled for April 16th.
