Whitehall Fire



Nine fire departments responded to a fire in Whitehall, Wisconsin Wednesday evening that caused extensive damage to a feed mill.
                     
Whitehall Fire Chief Jeremiah Pientok said his department was notified just before 10:00 p.m. that a fire was starting at the Larson Agri Service Feed Mill in Whitehall.

When firefighters arrived on the scene the building was fully engulfed in flames.

Eight other fire departments responded to the scene including departments from Independence, Pigeon Falls, Blair, Osseo,  Hale, Strum,  Arcadia and Ettrick.

Pientok said the cause of the blaze is still under investigation.

He said law enforcement from three agencies also responded along with Tri-County Ambulance.
