The Sheriff's Department says a 20-year-old Lewiston woman was jailed late Sunday night after she allegedly threatened a homeowner.

Sheriff Dave Brand said Tan-Angela Peoples allegedly pushed a female homeowner at a residence on County Road 17 in the Witoka area.

Brand said Peoples had been asked to leave a party after Peoples became sick in the home.

Peoples is alleged to have threatened to return and shoot at the place and harm the female homeowner.

Initial charges of terroristic threats, fifth degree assault, and underage consumption were filed against Peoples.

The incident was reported at 11:34  p.m. Sunday.
