Winona State Basketball Assistant Coach Gets Head Coaching Job



Winona State men’s basketball associate head coach Tom Brown has resigned from his position at Winona State to accept the head coaching job at West Texas A&M.  Brown has been an assistant coach at Winona State for the last 16 seasons, helping the Warriors become one of the premier basketball programs in the nation.  He helped guide the program to the NCAA Division II National Championship in 2006 and 2008 and a runner-up finish in 2007.
               
Brown was also a star player for the Warriors back in his playing days.
