The Winona City Plannng Commission holds a public hearing on Monday, April 28th, on a request from Dahl Automotive to rezone some property along Highway 61 to permit a move from downtown Winona.
The current Dahl location downtown lies in the right-of-way for the highway 43 bridge project forcing the business to move.
The company wants the 3.4 acres w of land currently occupied by the Cornerstone Church rezoned to permit the move to that location which is just west of Dahl Toyota,
Also on the commission's agenda is a review of recommendations for air monitoring at silica sand mining operation sites in the city. The recommendations were compiled by the local Citizens Environmental Quality Committee. The final recommendations will be presented to the City Council.
Monday's meeting is at 4:30 p.m. at City Hall.
