Hannon Retirement

Just a few weeks left for Winona school superintendent Scott Hannon before he officially steps down.
Hannon told a Winona Radio audience Monday with six weeks left to go its been exciting over the last 40-plus years with the district.

New superintendent Stephen West has been busy preparing to take over the job on July First.

Hannon has progressed from being a student in the Winona district to becoming a teacher, administrator and superintendent.
He says one accomplishment this year has been the settlement of all of the district employee contracts. He says only the contracts representing district principals and secretaries need to be ratified.
